We have just completed our first subdivision and build in Papakura. When we first met with Stuart we told him that we wanted a completely 'hands off 'approach and that is precisely what he has delivered. The subdivision itself threw up numerous problems and delays, none of which had anything to do with Investor Homes and yet Stuart went out of his way to provide us with a cost effective solution every time. He has communicated with us on a regular basis and there have been no nasty 'surprises' with costs. The finished house is beyond our expectations. For many years we have been building and developing residential houses for ourselves and others. Experienced in both planning and construction we chose to project manage the construction of most of the projects ourselves, with the surplus going to various Auckland building companies. That is, until one busy patch when we tried Investor Homes. Since then we have built numerous homes with Investor and have now reached the point where they get all our work. The team at Investor consistently prove themselves to provide fast and efficient turnarounds, quality products and prices that somehow manage to be cheaper than we can build for ourselves. I have recently had Stuart Shutt from Investor Homes complete the building of a Minor Dwelling Unit on one of my rental properties. Initially I was a little sceptical of the whole building process as I have been burnt before on other renovations, but using Stuart has made this project run like a dream. He gave us a fixed price and stuck to it. The workmanship is excellent. The tradesmen on site were very pleasant. Once the job looked complete Stuart personally attended the site and snagged the house, things that I didn’t even notice, were repaired. My overall impression is fantastic company, with fantastic tradesmen and outstanding service. I will definitely be doing business with Investor Homes again.
